Jaguar E-Type 3.8
The E-Type 3.8 SI FHC is a car produced by Jaguar between 1961 and 1975. The car was revolutionary for its times, both aesthetically and mechanically. The E-Type won first place among the Top Sports Cars of the ’60s according to the magazine Sports Car International’s 2004 edition. The Series 1 was introduced into the world market in 1961. Equipped with a monocoque frame, a 3.8 liter Jaguar engine with an output of 265 hp coupled with a four-speed manual gearbox showed the dedication of the designers to build a car at the forefront of technology. Distinctive marks of the Jaguar E-Type S1 are the front air intake at the enter of the hood, the twin exhaust central and the glass cover of the headlights.
